F.A.Q.

Q: I think my house may be haunted.  Should I be afraid?

A: There may be many reasons why you feel your house is haunted when in fact this is not the case.  Anxiety, stress and even a burst pipe could be simple and rational explanations!  Our job is to uncover what's actually going on.

Q: How long does an investigation last?

A: We would normally visit the property with our equipment and undertake a "vigil" which could last between 2 and 5 hours.  This would allow us to collect the information we require to make an informed decision. A second visit may be needed which we would discuss with you.

Q: I'm worried that news of a possible haunting could leak out and damage my reputation or business.

A: We consider all investigations as confidential and will not disclose any information regarding the case to anyone else not involved.

Q: What happens after your visit?

A: If you require, we are happy to issue you with a report setting out our findings.

Q: Are you a religious group?

A: No, we are objective and independent investigators.

Q: Can you rid my house or premises of whatever may be haunting it?

A: We can't make any promises but what we can do is to investigate using all the tools at our disposal.  We can "encourage" spirits to move on to a better place and we can offer you all the support you need so that you don't feel you are going through your situation alone.

Q: Do I need to live in Northamptonshire to use your services?

A: No, though based in Northamptonshire, we are a national group.

Q: Will you think I'm mad if I contact you with my concerns about a possible haunting?

A: Absolutely not.  Reports of paranormal activity are much more common than you would expect.  The subject can be somewhat taboo but contacting us is the first step to hopefully finding resolution.

Q: Do you conduct exorcisms?

A: We have never felt the need to undertake an exorcism.  These requests are extremely rare and we would consult the relevant authorities should such a need arise.
